The exchange or return policy for products sold from Power Phone to any customer is dealt with as follows: -
1- Devices are never subject to any exchange or return at all, whether they are mobile devices, tablets, vacuum cleaners, or anything to which the name of a device applies.
2- Cellular accessories or any accessory inside the showroom are subject to exchange or return within a period not exceeding 24 working hours from the date of the invoice. Note that there are accessories that do not include exchange or return, such as in-ear headphones or any product related to public health, in order to protect against the transmission of viruses, bacteria, or germs. From one person to another.
3- Any product whose box has been opened, whose box has been damaged, or whose box has been damaged is not subject to the exchange or return policy except in one case, which is the presence of a manufacturing error in the product.
4- For any product to which the return or exchange policy is applied, the purchase invoice must be present and presented to the sales employee in order to be processed directly.
